- Make sure the food is freshly prepared and hot. This will ensure
non-growth of bacteria.
- If you fall sick visit a reputed doctor in a good hospital. There

- Yellow fever certificates must be shown by travelers arriving
from Africa, Latin, America and Papua New Guinea.
- Shots of Typhoid, Polio, Tetanus, Cholera and a gamma globulin
injection for hepatitis should be taken immediately before
departure.
- Always drink filtered or bottled water. Nowadays branded water
like Kinley, Aquafina and Bisleri is easily available.
