Delhi,

chosen the most refreshing and popular ones for you to visit.The flavor of the season is 'Garden of Five Senses' situated near Mehrauli. This garden is very unique in the sense that everything has been planned to stimulate your five sense organs. The beautiful flowers, food outlets and wind-chimes unfailingly refresh the visitors. The next in the list is 'Deer park'. This place is the natural habitat of spotted deers living here since bygone time. It has been declared a protected place to preserve the ecological balance of the area.
If anybody of you is thinking of visiting Delhi in around February-March then one of the must visit place for you is the 'Mughal Gardens'. It was not actually made by the Mughals but Sir Edward Lutyens on the request of Lady Hardinge on the Mughal garden plans. Considering this is the presidential gardens, this would be the closest you could get to see the presidential life. The Mahatma Gandhi Park located near Chandni Chowk is a breathing place in a congested area. Gandhiji used to address his rallies here so the park has witnessed the political turmoil of the 1940s era of India.

Deer Park in Delhi
Any animal lover would be delighted to have a stroll in Deer Park of Delhi. It is an oasis of vast land, lush green trees and animals for this cramped, congested and concrete city. It was developed at a cost of Rs 10.5 crore by Delhi Tourism Transportation Development Corporation (DTTDC), in the Said-Ul-Azaib village, close to the Mehrauli heritage area.
Mahatma Gandhi Park Delhi
Mahatma Gandhi Park is a simple and small park originally called 'Queen's Park' by the Britishers. However the general public referred to it as the Company Bagh as it used to be a fundamental part of European social life in India in the early 19th century. The park was then used as an open air club and meeting place for the people of rich society.
Mughal Garden
Britishers and Mughals have left a common legacy in Delhi known as the Mughal Gardens. The garden was made and commissioned by Britishers but the design is totally Mughal / Persian. This striking 'mini-paradise' exalts the beauty of Rashtrapati Bhawan, the presidential home. The Mogul garden was originally commissioned by Lady Hardinge to beautify the Rashtrapati Bhawan to Sir Edwin Lutyens.
Nehru Park in Delhi
Nestled amidst the diplomatic community, Nehru Park in Delhi is a vast stretch of green land. It is very pleasant and peaceful with its picturesque environment. This park is spread over 75 acres of land and is quite costly in terms of upkeep. The place is named after India's first Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru and the entire park is full of little mounds and rocks inscribed with his quotations.
Netaji Subhash Park in Delhi
Netaji Subhash Park is a small but beautiful garden adjoined with another park called Urdu Park. Netaji Subhash Park is mainly famous for two things, first is the huge striking figure of Netaji Shubhash Chandra Bose in the attire of a military leader and the second is the number of masseurs or the maalish-wallahs available there. Since they are supposed to be really good, one can get a massage surrounded by nature and save money by not going to an expensive spa.
Talkatora Garden in Delhi
The bounty of nature can truly be seen at Talkatora Garden in Delhi in the form of the vibrant flowers, sporadic water bodies and the lush green meadow like environment. The name Talkatora has been derived from word Tal meaning pond or water tank and Katora due to its shape resembling a bowl. Though mainly reputed for a huge indoor stadium, the garden is usually frequented by tourists looking for some heavy dosage of greenery.
